Notes
The Delta 777 diverted due to a medical emergency while routing from Detroit to Amsterdam.  It was cruising @ FL370 approaching LIFFY when it turned back and made a rapid descent (over 5,000 ft/min) to land on runway 28.
Norwegian's 787 departed following the application of decals to it's tail.
